iOS 13.0 update? Not absurd!!!

Works wonderfully when it works right

This app, through its diverse updates, has had the same issues—every time you look something upwards to add it to the list (in my regulars) sometimes I have to recheck everything, sometimes I don't. Usually I accept to uncheck things I didn't have checked. I think it confuses the app, only information technology would be nice if it could remember what was and wasn't checked. That leads to the second result—double list of a product in your list, and if y'all try to delete i, information technology deletes both of them, and if you add one back, it adds ii separate listings again. The only way I have found to work with this is to just go through the cart and undouble things that it has doubled the corporeality of. Some other problem (and this becomes user/app bug at this point) is that if you lot've had to add a few things, you may have gone back and forth and re-checked items so many times that even though you have really tried to exist careful, you lot inevitably forget something because you _thought_ information technology was checked.

Don't get me wrong—I truly appreciate this app and the beingness able to simply pick our groceries upwardly. Information technology makes things so much easier. I think if I were a mom with little kids this would be a fantastic thing—but hopefully not having the issues ordering that I have been. I keep thinking with each update that information technology's going to stop, so perhaps it's my phone/tablet. I am grateful it's hither, I just wish the procedure was smoother.

Kroger CHEATS big time

Exercise not get this app. They will rob you bullheaded if you lot don't scrutinize each receipt. They lure you west great coupons until you go home to read your receipt to come across cheated again. Twice in 1 week they did NOT apply the coupons at the register. They expect you to wait in line in the store client service. Last fourth dimension gal bit my head off. Same day spent $100 cheated Again and after nearly 10 attempts to recover my money from the call eye (They could accept applied a credit) they still insist I become back and look in line another twenty minutes and get my head bit off over again. Then I see they completely deleted over 500 gas rewards off my account which was the last straw. In two.5 months I earned over 1700 points but FM your fun stops here. I will NEVER use your app again. I want to convey to all of your unsuspecting customers Fred Meyer app volition siphon money from yous if you don't watch it. BE Careful Kroger is a thief to innocent customers. SHAME on you Kroger. I assure you I will not spend that much money in your store so quickly every bit I will return to being a sporadic shopper going in just when i absolutely HAVE to.
